Notes
1) Your organisation’s latest accounts will need to be enclosed with this application. (For new organisations, financial estimates for the current year will be required.)
2) Any subsidy will be for an individual project. If the project does not take place the money will have to be returned to Trefeurig Community Council.
3) Receipts from the expenditure should be sent to the Clerk to meet the Council’s internal audit requirements.
4) At the end of the project, Trefeurig Community Council expects to receive a report about the project; and how the Council’s money benefited people within the Trefeurig Community Council area.
